Dirk Verbaken is a member of the Belgian military intelligence service (GISS) for over ten years. He meets Rick Benton in the Hotel Metropole, in Brussels, to give the folder on Gerard Bull. But Vlad and Yuri penetrate into the room: Yuri kills Benton, and Vlad kills Verbaken. They destroy the folder and leave the room.
