The Telemetric Lock Pick is ideal for use on dual locks that require activation at the same time in order to unlock for the user. As a security measure, both the locks must be unlocked at the same time, meaning the Telemetric Lock Pick can be used for these types of locks. There are two devices, one attaches to the opposite lock while the other is the one that the user uses (the one the Telemetric Lock Pick mimics). The connection is likely synced by a short-ranged radio signal, or a similar system.
