Phillip Masse was a computer genius years ahead of his time.

[edit] Georgian Information Crisis

Working for Georgian President Kombayn Nikoladze. He also hacked into the CIA mainframe, and was the cause of many cyber terrorist attacks in the U.S. He was 'the' man personaly responsible for causing the Georgian Information Crisis through his extensive knowledge of algorithms and computer programs. Born 8/21/72 the Canadian hacker, provided his skills and expertise in the field of computers to disrupt information networks to allow Georgian commandos to invade their neighbor the country Azerbaijan completely undetected on any radar.

Masse launched a wide scale information warfare attack against several U.S. military targets. Resulting in numerous deaths. Masse used extroadinary techniques and strategies along side his thourough knowledge of computer hacking. 512-bit encryption was a very complex encryption he employed. In the virtual year of 2006, the United Nations launched a project that was to be responsible for reversing the Masse Kernels. The 'Masse Kernels' were weaponized algorithms (an algorithm is a finite sequence of instructions, an explicit, step-by-step procedure for solving a problem, often used for calculating and data processing) he developed. These IW Algos were considered revolutionary methods of information warfare so much so they were considered on par with the Manhattan Project, the same project that developed the Atomic Bomb. None the less, even though a genius, he was a terrorist who's work killed innocent people. Philip Frankel Masse was assassinated by Splinter Cell Sam Fisher on January 19, 2005 in Kola Peninsula, Russia. His death was later officialy confirmed. His death marked the end of the Georgian Information Crisis.
