He is only mentioned by Andrei Zdrok as the largest Chinese gangster, the only one able to take control of The Shop in the Far East after the death of Kim Wei Lo by Sam Fisher.

In Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Operation BarracudaEdit

He is the man who recruited Eddie Wu and Mike Wu to infiltrate the ranks Third Echelon, in order to gather information on the MRUUV, a submarine capable of launching nuclear missiles while underwater. For exchanged those informations against weapons from The Shop. When he learned that The Shop sells those informations to the general Lan Tun, he breaks the agreement and attack the base of the general Tun, saving the lives of Sam Fisher, because his mother is sick, and she lives in Taiwan.
