American Consumption (Blacklist attack)

American Consumption was the name given by the Engineers to the second Blacklist attack. The Engineers' plan was to poison the drinking water supply of Chicago and cause terror in the US. Sam Fisher, leader of Fourth Echelon went into the facility and suppressed the threat before any of the water could leak out into the supply. Although the Engineers succeed in poisoning the water in the plant, Sam was able to seal the water flow and prevent further contamination.
