Third Echelon's Mark 7 Special Ops Suit, better known as the 3E Eclipse, is the standard issue suit for all Third Echelon field operatives conducting covert operations. This suit can be modified with up to three pieces of non-standard equipment to better improve operational capability. This suit saw extensive use by Splinter Cells during the Third Echelon Conspiracy of 2011. This suit saw extensive use before the conspiracy in the time that Sam Fisher was underground. It was used by Third Echelon and their Russian counterpart.

TriviaEdit

• The 3E Eclipse is Archer's default suit, and cannot be used by Kestrel, who instead wears the VR SV1 Akula.
  • Interestingly enough, Splinter Cells who use this suit have Sonar Goggles with red-tinted lenses. But Archer's Sonar Goggles have green-tinted lenses.
• An eclipse is an astronomical event that occurs when an astronomical object is temporarily obscured. Either by passing into the shadow of another body, or by having another body pass between it and the viewer.
• The suit appears to be made of four parts: a balaclava, an undershirt, a vest and pants (not including boots, gloves, etc.)
